Welcome to Long Lawford, the second gem in our Houses from My Hometown series — and a personal favorite of mine! This build is based on a real home from the area I live in, and the moment I saw it, I fell completely in love with its classic cottage charm. I’ve always had a soft spot for really old-style homes, and this one checked every box: warm character, original features, and that timeless, storybook coziness that just pulls you in.

This delightful period cottage offers a storybook blend of historic charm and modern comfort, wrapped in countryside calm and community warmth.
