Say hello to the first build in my TV & Movie series — and what better way to start than with the most iconic coffeehouse in sitcom history? Central Perk has been lovingly recreated, staying as true to the original as possible using only in-game items. Every effort went into matching the warm tones, mismatched furniture, and that ever-so-important orange sofa right where it belongs.

This cozy café is bursting with personality, just like the crew that used to spend every single day here. Whether your Sims are grabbing a latte, jamming on the guitar in the corner, or lounging like they have no job and unlimited free time (looking at you, Joey), this build gives off all the nostalgic New York charm we know and love.

And here’s the twist — the upper floors have been left blank, totally ready for you to get creative! Turn them into apartments à la Monica’s purple palace and Joey & Chandler’s man-cave… or expand the café with a second-floor jazz lounge, study nook, or rooftop garden. The space is yours to shape!
